The EPA! Project Arrives in Peru to Transform Education with Intelligent Personal Learning Environments

The Catholic University of Santa María will bring together, on July 1st, prominent academic representatives and experts in educational innovation from partner universities in Europe and Latin America that are part of the EPA! Project – Intelligent Personal Learning Environments. This will take place within the framework of the Pilot and Socialization Event of this international initiative, part of the ERASMUS+ program, co-financed by the European Union and managed through the Vice-Rectorate for Research of UCSM in Arequipa.
During the event, academia, society, and industry will be actively connected, fostering a collaborative educational ecosystem where knowledge is generated, shared, and applied in an integrated manner. This synergy allows university education to align with the real needs of the social and productive environment, strengthening digital skills, promoting employability, and encouraging innovation from the classroom.
EPA! aims to empower students, educators, and administrators through the use of emerging technologies, sharing strategies to strengthen inter-institutional networks and promote digital transformation in higher education.
The event, to be held at the William Morris Auditorium of the Catholic University of Santa María (Arequipa – Peru), marks a key milestone for university education in the region. It promotes new methodologies that integrate technology, autonomy, and personalized learning through this international collaboration aimed at shaping critical, creative, and socially engaged digital citizens.
